We are so excited about the new Spring menu at the restaurant at Sage Hill Inn! Chef Wallace’s new three-course prix-fixe dinner menu gives diners a choice…of starter, entrée and dessert, with the menu rotating each day of the week. Here’s a few early week dinner menu highlights.

Monday: Appetizer choice of Baby Iceberg Wedge; or fresh Pappardelle Pasta with House-made Pork Meatballs; entrée selections include Smoked Lockhart Texas Quail; or Braised Duroc Pork Cheek; choice of dessert includes the velvety Chai-Spiced Crème Brûlée; or the indulgent Flourless Chocolate Torte.

Tuesday: Appetizer choice of Roasted Beet Salad; or Fried Risotto Arancinis; entrée selections include Braised Beef Short Rib; or moist and crunchy Dewberry Farm Buttermilk Fried Chicken with Texas-sized Ravioli; followed by a choice of seductive desserts, including Warm Bananas Fosters; or Sourdough Bread Pudding.

Wednesday:  This menu highlights the best of spring produce and includes an appetizer choice of Mushroom Brie Bisque; or Knife & Fork Caesar Salad; entrée selections include House-made Agnolotti Pasta served with a bounty of vegetables; or delicate Pan-seared Wreckfish and Rice Grits; for dessert, guests have the option of Toasted Almond Torte; or the ooey, gooey Molten Chocolate Cake!
