Chef Autumn Wallace Debuts New Fall Menu Offerings



Chef Autumn’s Fall menu offerings cover a wide variety of our favorites.  Start your dining experience with appetizers like Roasted Tomato Soup; Deep Fried Spaghetti Squash Fritters; Fall Salad with Gala Apples, Dried Cranberries and Blue Cheese; or a cup of Butternut Squash Soup.

Entrée choices include Sheppard’s Pie with a Stew of Black Angus Beef and Vegetables served with Golden and Sweet Potato Mash; Oven Roasted Pork Loin with Caramelized Onion and Bacon Grits; Slow Cooked Pot Roast with Cheddar Cheese Mashed Potatoes; Cobb Creek  Chicken Pot Pie; or Handkerchief Pasta with Roasted Mushrooms, Garden Greens, Venison and Pork Sausage.

What makes for a better finish than Pumpkin Cheesecake in a Jar; Cinnamon Apple Cobbler; or a Toasted Almond Torte with Cabernet Jam? Yum!
