Fingerling Potatoes with Lardon + Herbs

What better way to celebrate the holidays then an evening drive through the Texas Hill Country and dinner at the Sage Hill restaurant. Chef Crockett's ala carte menu is quite the success.   Even if you are not staying at the Inn, diners are welcome to make a reservation in advance and join us for a home cooked meal featuring only the freshest fare, with much of the produce from our very own garden.  Chef is always considerate of our diner's dietary restrictions, offering gluten-free options on the current menu and vegetarian options upon request.  The restaurant boasts a nice wine and beer selection and Chef can suggest wine pairings with every meal. Wine cocktails and local ciders are also available. Feel free to come in casual dress. Dinner is also open to the public Monday through Wednesday, subject to availability, please call 512-268-1617 to reserve.
